Fifth Annual Brainfood Grill-Off
Thursday, September 15, 2011

 

Watch teams of award-winning chefs, amateur grilling aficionados and Brainfood program graduates compete for the Brainfood Skillet Award and the Brainfoodie Choice Award. 

Tickets are $75.00 per person and include food, drinks and live auction.

What: Brainfood will be holding its fifth annual Brainfood Grill-Off. Teams will support Brainfood’s mission while competing for the Brainfood Skillet Award. Each team will receive a surprise pantry of ingredients and will have one hour to create a culinary masterpiece. The Grill-Off will be judged by a panel of foodies: local chefs, local food writers and personalities, restaurant owners, and Brainfood students.

Who: Attendees will include Brainfood donors, corporate supporters and DC food lovers. Grill-Off teams will be made up of five adults from your company or community, a professional chef from one of DC’s premier restaurants and a Brainfood Graduate.

MAITRE D’- $5,000

 SOMMELIER - $1,000

  • Name recognition on program, signage and promotional materials

 TEAM ENTRY - $3,500

  • Teams will consist of no more than 5 people plus a local chef and a Brainfood graduate.
