I knew Bill when I delivered vegetables to Montrachet. Now I'm a soil scientist and work with compost, soil carbon sequestration, urban agriculture and issues of soil contamination. I just read that he was at the White House in the NYT with his picture by tomatoes. This is a wonderful move from Montrachet!
