At the Grill-off, teams will support Brainfood's mission while competing for prizes and the coveted Brainfood Skillet Award. Each team will receive a surprise pantry of ingredients and will have one hour to create a culinary masterpiece. The Grill-Off will be judged by a panel of chefs, restaurant owners and other foodies. Grill-Off Teams will be made up of five amateur chefs (co-workers, friends, family) a professional chef from one of DC's premier restaurants and a Brainfood student. Tickets on sale soon!
